After one preseason game the Detroit Lions have all ready lost two defensive players for the season. Lineman Kerry Hyder, who led the team with eight sacks last season, suffered a torn achilles tendon on Sunday, while line backer Brandon Copeland went down with a torn pectoral muscle. The Lions play the second of their four exhibition games on Saturday, when the New York Jets visit Ford Field.
