Corey Dickerson hit a home run in the bottom of the ninth off Alex Wilson, to give the Pittsburgh Pirates a 1-0 win over the Detroit Tigers on Thursday afternoon. The Tigers loaded the bases with no one out in the top of the ninth, but failed to score. Detroit drops two of three in Pittsburgh and now heads to Baltimore to face the Orioles on Friday night.
