Jacoby Jones hit a two run home run in the 7th to lift the Detroit Tigers to a 3-1 win over the Minnesota Twins on Thursday afternoon at Comerica Park. Michael Fulmer earned the win allowing a run on five hits over seven innings of work. The Tigers have won two in a row and head to Chicago to face the White Sox on Friday night.
