For the first time in six weeks the Detroit Red Wings have won back to back games, after beating the Anaheim Ducks 3-1 on Tuesday night. Anthony Mantha, Gus Nyquist, and Darren Helm all scored in the third period for the Wings. Detroit is in Calgary on Friday night to open a three game road trip.
