Look for the local Chamber surpassing a membership milestone this year. The chamber will be renewing its membership drive with hopes for a total of 500-members by the end of the year. Chamber President Thelma Castillo brought members up to date on chamber happenings include birthday work. Castillo notes that in 2017 they will be celebrating 100-years of existence. Also during Thursdays meeting, RadioFirst’s Scott Shigley was welcomed aboard as the new board Chairman for the year. The chambers annual meeting was held at the Vintage Tavern in Port Huron.
