Come out to the Blue Water Convention Center this Saturday and grab your summer attire for a Beach Lovers Party put on by the Blue Water Parrot Head Club. The fun begins around 2pm, says Parrot Head Jim Racz, with a 3 pm shuttle trip to the lighthouse, and also will have a room crawl from room to room. All proceeds go to support local organizations throughout our community such as the March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, St. Clair County Foster Children and many more. Wednesday is the last day to purchase tickets to the party, however, a few will be available at the door. Tickets are $40 dollar, which includes a “Cheeseburger in Paradise” meal from Freighters as well as entertainment provided by two live bands.
