The lion and not the lamb visits to start March

Old man winter gave us a taste of the lion for the first day of March. A snowfall reminiscent of last week’s storm hit with some of the biggest snow depths reported for the season. The National Weather Service says 13-inches of snow was noted in Bad Axe while the Port Huron area recorded under a half foot. Just like last week both the Saint Clair County Community College and Baker College closed as did virtually all public schools in Saint Clair and Sanilac Counties. Cold air returns for the next few days with highs only around 25 but it is expected to be above 50 again come Tuesday.
