The Culinary Institute of Michigan will be adding more beds at the college, as they prepare to build a new 2-story dormitory. The culinary school, which just open last year, has been very successful, says St. Clair County Administrator Bill Kauffman. County Commissioners approved the sale of a small portion of property to the college for close to $19,000 Thursday night during their regular meeting.  In other business commissioners also approved new offices for SMG at the Blue Water Convention Center. SMG, which manages the facility, currently is scattered throughout the building, says Kauffman. New offices for the management company will be located right as you enter the convention center.
