A missing boater’s body was recovered on Lake St. Clair late Wednesday night. A second boater is hospitalized with severe hypothermia. The Macomb County Sheriff’s Department says the boat capsized off of MacRay Harbor in Anchor Bay earlier in the evening. Harrison Township Fire Battalion Chief Andy Hood says the other man was rescued and taken to the shore by a bystander. The victim was identified as 60 year old Brad Kirby Thacker of Warren, the other injured boater is expected to survive.
