Port Huron’s City Manager James Freed receiving accolades from the Michigan Chamber of Commerce. Freed has been named the 2018 Michigan Junior Chamber’s Outstanding Young Michigander. The Outstanding Young Michigander award recognizes community leaders between the ages of 21 and 40 years old from all across the State of Michigan. Freed will receive the honor at a ceremony on April 14th.
