Over 250 marijuana plants, valued at over $1.5 million dollars, were seized late last week from a Wales Township residence. St. Clair County Drug Task Force authorities executed a search warrant at a residence in the 10-thousand block of Dunn Road Thursday. A 30 year old man and 26 year old woman, both from Wales Township were arrested without incident and lodged at the St. Clair County Jail. A total of 259 marijuana plants were seized, with a processed value of more than 1.5 million dollars. DTF officers also located and seized $156-thousand dollars worth of already processed marijuana, $1000 worth of hash oil, $1000 worth of marijuana wax, and drug paraphernalia. The individuals did not have a medical marijuana license.
