Michigan State Police are investigating a deadly shooting involving officers in Huron County. Police were called to a home in Sebewaing, late Friday because a man was threatening suicide. The suspect had a handgun in the home and his mother and girlfriend were inside. While trying to get the man to leave the home, investigators say the 59-year old shot his girlfriend. He was then shot and killed during a shootout with officers. The girlfriend was last reported in stable condition at a Flint hospital. The mother and officers were not hurt.
