A Culver’s restaurant will soon have a home in Fort Gratiot Township. Speaking to WPHM Thursday morning, Fort Gratiot Supervisor Jorja Baldwin says the fast food chain will be purchasing the former Ruby Tuesday location on 24th Avenue. The Ruby Tuesday closed last August and has been vacant ever since. “About three years ago, Culver’s started to look in our area,” said Baldwin. The restaurant eyed several sites in the township but ultimately decided on the outlot in front of the Birchwood Mall.  “As of yesterday, a purchase agreement has been signed, and Culver’s will be moving forward on the site,” she added. The building will ultimately be demolished with a new building taking its place.
