The Detroit Tigers beat the Boston Red Sox 7-4 on Tuesday afternoon in the first game of a day/night double header in Boston/ Ronny Rodriguez had three hits, including a home run, and drove in two runs, while Grayson Greiner added two hits, including a home run, and also kn0cked in two runs for the Tigers. Josh Harrison also had a pair of hits and two RBI for Detroit, while Matt Boyd got the win with seven solid innings of work. The second half of the double header is set for Tuesday night.
