A Port Huron Party Store could be demolished to make way for a new gas station and convenience store at the intersection of Dove and 24th Streets in Port Huron. The owners of the Industrial Park Party Store are asking the Port Huron Planning Commission to approve a request for the new store at Tuesday’s planning commission meeting. The proposed new fuel station would be located at 2807 24th Street and would include four gas pumps. Site plans call for the demolition of the existing Industrial Park Party Store building and construction of a new 4000 square foot convenience store in its place. The Port Huron Planning Commission will meet Tuesday at 6pm at the Port Huron Municipal Office Center.
