No. 1 Michigan State beat Albion 85-50 in an exhibition game on Tuesday night in East Lansing. Xavier Tillman scored 19 and Cassius Winston added 16 for the Spartans, who open the regular season next Tuesday against No. 2 Kentucky in New York.
