Governor Whitmer has declared a State of Emergency as a result of two presumptive cases of corona virus in Michigan. The Governor announced late Tuesday night that the cases involve a woman from Oakland County and a man from Wayne County. The woman has traveled internationally. The man has traveled throughout the United States. Both are hospitalized. Local health departments will be working to find anyone who has come in close contact with the two individuals. Governor Whitmer urged residents to take preventative measures like washing hands with soap and water and not touching your face in order to help prevent the spread of the virus.
