Michigan residents are now ordered to stay home until May 15th, however certain restrictions in the “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order have been lifted. Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced Friday that landscaping and lawn care services are now allowed to operate in Michigan. Golfing and motorized boating are also permitted in the state. “We will consider this the preliminary state of economic re-engagement,” Whitmer said Friday. “We will measure, we will collect data… and we will make informed decisions in the coming days about potential further economic engagement.” The governor on Friday also reiterated the need  to wear a homemade mask whenever venturing out in public.
