Port Huron man injured in Sanilac County crash

The Sanilac County Sheriff’s department is investigating a crash between a vehicle and a motorcycle that injured a man near Croswell over the weekend. Authorities were called to privately-owned field in the 6000 block of Mortimer Line Road in Worth Township shortly before 8pm Sunday. Deputies say a 27  year old Port Huron man was driving a motorcycle in a field when he struck a Jeep driven by another 27 year old man also from Port Huron. The driver of the motorcycle was taken to a Port Huron area hospital for treatment of injuries. The Sanilac County Sheriff’s office says alcohol is not believed to be involved in the crash.
