Traffic stop leads to drug bust

One is in custody and nearly $1300 in meth were seized following a traffic stop last Tuesday in Port Huron.  The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force conducted a stop around 8:30 on July 14th at 10th Avenue and Glenwood Street. 31 year old Kevin Brody Jr. of Port  Huron was the driver of the car and had been operating it on a suspended license. The vehicle was also searched by authorities, discovering crystal meth and drub paraphernalia inside. Brody was taken to the St. Clair County Jail and has been arraigned on multiple drug related charges as well as driving with a suspended license and being a habitual offender. He is currently lodged in the St. Clair County Jail on $75,000 bond.
