Restaurant cited for continuing indoor dining

A Sandusky restaurant has been fined for staying open for in person dining despite the state’s orders shutting down indoor food service. The Sandusky Big Boy has received a cease and desist notice from the Sanilac County Health Department for defying Michigan Department of Health and Human Services orders. The business is accused of continuing to offer dine in services and the health department also claims staff were not wearing face masks. The Sandusky Big Boy has been fined $2000 and could face license revocation.
