UPDATE: Port Huron Police say Taylor has been located and is safe.
The Port Huron Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man. Jackie Dewayne Taylor Junior was last seen Friday and is believed to have a diminished mental capacity. He is described as a 5-foot 6-inch tall Black male, approximately 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Any information on Jackie Dewane Taylor’s whereabouts can be reported to CAPTURE at 987-6688 or St. Clair County Central Dispatch at 984-8415.
