A youth pastor at a Kimball Township church is in custody following multiple alleged sex crimes. 27 year old William Stefan Wahl is accused of various incidents dating back to 2014 while he worked at The River Church. According to the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation into Wahl began earlier this month and lead to his arrest this past Friday. He has been charged with seven counts of various degrees of criminal sexual conduct and related charges. His bond was set at $25,000 dollars.
