It’s an update to a series of home invasions that were reported last summer in the City of Port Huron. According to Port Huron Police, two juvenile suspects have been arrested after new evidence linked them to the incidents in the 3800 block of Gratiot Avenue last year. Police say the suspects had rummaged through vehicles, garages, and bedrooms of several different homes. Evidence collected from the break ins was processed by the Michigan State Police Crime Lab and lead authorities to the two juvenile suspects. Police say they have submitted the new evidence to the St. Clair County Prosecutor’s Office for their review, and are seeking multiple charges of home invasions for each suspect. Police remind citizens lock vehicles and residences to prevent home invasions and thefts.
