The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a woman who went missing from an area campground Friday morning. 69 year old Elaine Frank left the KOA Campground on Lapeer Road in Kimball Township between midnight and 3am. She was last seen wearing a blue rain coat, dark pants, and dark shoes. She is believed to be on foot and is not familiar with the area. Deputies say Elaine Frank also has dementia. Those with information are asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 810-985-8115.
