The Port Huron Police Department is participating in tomorrow’s National Night Out. The annual community engagement campaign promotes relationships between residents and first responders with neighborhood block parties featuring food and games. Several communities and churches throughout Port Huron are scheduled to participate in various celebrations. Port Huron Police, members of the Fire Department, and Tri-Hospital EMS will be on hand at the following events
-Old Town Churches, 1331 7th Street from 5 PM until 7 PM
-Harrison Pointe Neighborhood, 14th Street between Francis and Wells from 5 PM to 7 PM
–River Park Neighborhood, Huron Avenue between Rawlings and Stanton between 6 PM and 8 PM
–First Church of the Nazarene, 1923 Garfield from 6 PM to 8 PM
–Howard Street Block Party, Howard between 11th and 12th Street taking place from 1 PM to 10 PM
–Port Huron Assembly of God, 835 River Street between 4 PM and 9 PM
