Some changes are on the way for Port Huron City Council following yesterday’s election results. After a nine-way race for three seats on council heading into election day, incumbents Sherry Archibald and Teri Lamb retain their positions as the two highest vote-getters. The third seat held by Bob Mosurak goes to newcomer Barbara Payton with over 14% of the vote. A fourth seat is now up for grabs as Anita Ashford will be vacating her spot on council after winning her mayoral bid over 8-term mayor Pauline Repp.
