Pistons Big In Fourth

The Detroit Pistons turned a close game into an easy win with a big fourth quarter on Wednesday.  Detroit out scored Philadelphia 36-18 in the final period to win 110-97 over the 76ers.  Reggie Jackson had 27 points and Andre Drummond added 25 with 18 rebounds.  The Pistons have won two in a row and take on Cleveland on Friday at the Palace.
