Guilty as charged….that was the verdict handed down in a Macomb County Circuirt Court room Monday for James VanCallis. The St. Clair County resident received the jury’s decision in connection with the death of April Millsap. The 14-year-old was found dead along the Macomb Orchard Trail near Armada. The prosecution said she was beat to death by VanCallis who is set for a life sentence scheduled to be handed down late next month.
