A 61 year-old man from Tuscola County has died as result of injuries sustained in a fire on Tuesday. Emergency officials responded to the fire around 3:33pm, at a home in Vassar Township. Once on the scene, a man was found trapped under a burning trailer. Officers started CPR on the victim, who was badly burned, but were unable to revive him. Detectives from the Sheriff’s Office went to the scene and believe the victim was using a torch on the trailer. They believe he may have had medical issues which led to the fire.
