Jose Ramirez singled in the only run of the game in the bottom of the tenth, giving the Cleveland Indians a 1-0 win over the Detroit Tigers on Saturday in Ohio. The Tigers have lost 13 of 14 to the Indians this season. Justin Verlander went seven innings for the Tigers, allowing no runs and just one hit, while striking out seven. The series finale is set for Sunday afternoon in Cleveland.
