Jimmy Howard made 36 saves to help the Detroit Red Wings to a 3-1 win over the Vancouver Canucks on Thursday night at Joe Louis Arena. Dylan Larkin, Brendan Smith, and Steve Ott all scored goals, while Henrik Zetterberg picked up two assists for the Wings. Detroit travels to Montreal on Saturday.
