After their plane crashed taking off from Willow Run Airport, the Michigan basketball team took another flight to the Big Ten Tournament in D.C. and ripped Illinois on Thursday in their first round game 75-55. Derrick Walton scored 19, Zak Irvin 18, and Muhammad-Ali Abdur-Rahkman 17 for the Wolverines. Michigan will face Purdue on Friday at noon.
