The Federal Hockey League held its dispersal draft this week, allowing players rights to be transferred from the defunct Berlin River Drivers to the other seven teams in the league.  The Prowlers used the draft to claim two players, tough guy Nicholas Wright and defenseman Edgars Ozolins.  Wright led the FHL in penalty minutes last season with 383 and has 606 PIM in two pro seasons.  Ozolins began last season in Port Huron, but was traded to Berlin after just four games.  He is a veteran of the FHL and earned 12 points and 114 PIM in 51 games last season with a plus 8 rating.  Both players FHL rights now belong to the Prowlers, but neither player is signed yet.
