The Detroit Tigers belted six home runs on Tuesday night and beat Kansas City 13-2 to snap a five game losing streak. Detroit scored seven times in the second inning alone. John Hicks (4 RBI) and Jacoby Jones (3 RBI) each hit two home runs for the Tigers, while Mikie Mahtook and Jose Iglesias added one each. The final game of a three game series with the Royals is set for Wednesday night at Comerica Park.
