The Detroit Pistons opened a two game road trip with a 99-98 win at Oklahoma City on Friday night. Andre Drummond had 17 points and 14 rebounds for the Pistons, who also got 15 points from Ish Smith. Detroit travels to Boston on Monday to face the Eastern Conference leading Celtics.
