The Detroit Tigers managed just two hits and lost the first game of a double header on Sunday, 1-0 to the Pittsburgh Pirates. Michael Fulmer took the loss, despite tossing eight innings and allowing just a single run on four hits. Game two of the double header is set for 6:10 PM on Sunday at Comerica Park.
