A historic hotel, restaurant, and tavern right in the heart of Downtown Lexington is wrapping up a multi million dollar restoration project. The Cadillac House in Lexington will be opening for dinner by reservation Tuesday night, and a grand opening is planned for next month. Stacy Fox of the Roxbury Group, the new owner of the Cadillac House, says they are planning for a grand opening the week of Independence Day. Work continues on the upper floors to complete the Cadillac House’s 12 overnight rooms, with plans to welcome the first overnight guests for their grand opening. The Roxbury Group has invested $3.5 million dollars into the historic building.
