Starville Road between Shea Road and Angling Road in Cottrellville Township will be closed to traffic starting Wednesday. Crews will be removing an existing bridge over Beaubien Creek and replacing it with a new precast concrete structure. The $1,160,189 project is being financed by the St. Clair County Road Commission and will be performed by Z-Contractors, Incorporated. Starville Road is expected to reopen in mid-November.
