Canadian officials announce another border bust

A Quebec man is in custody after the seizure of another shipment of cocaine destined for Canada from the United States earlier this month. The Canadian Border Services Agency announced last week that 50 brick of cocaine were confiscated Monday, December 2nd in Point Edward. They were located inside of a tractor trailer that was referred to a secondary inspection. The suspect is facing counts of importing a controlled substance and possession with the purpose of trafficking. The Quebec Man is currently in police custody. The shipment is similar to another bust that occurred in November.
