Michigan gas prices up about a nickle from last week

Gas prices in Michigan are up 5 cents compared to last week. AAA Michigan says drivers are now paying an average price of $2.41 per gallon for regular unleaded.
That’s 12 cents less than this time last month and about 3 cents more than this time last year. Motorists are paying an average of $36 for a full 15-gallon tank of gasoline. The most expensive fuel in the state can be found in Marquette and the least expensive gas is in Traverse City. Locally, Port Huron area pumps are asking about $2.40 a gallon for regular unleaded.
